Built for modern aesthetics practices

You run the spa. We run the AI.

Radiance writes the admin you keep pushing to Sunday night: the review reply that never confirms someone was a patient, the aftercare message with their name and their treatment in it, the rebooking note, the per-unit price you should be charging. It drafts. You read it, change what you want, and send it yourself.

14-day trial, card required — you're charged on day 15 unless you cancel · No client name, note, photo or chart is ever sent to an AI model · There is also a free plan, no card

Your first week, in the order it actually happens.

Onboarding is a screen-share with Steve, who founded BizBot and is currently the entire company. He does it himself, and he is the person who answers when you email hello@bizbottech.com afterwards.

1
Day 1 — the call with Steve
Screen-share. He sets up your account, your service list and your unit costs with you. If you're coming off Vagaro or Jane, export your clients to CSV and he re-types them into your account by hand — there is no import button, and pretending otherwise would waste your day.
2
Day 1 — the injectable math
Put in what a vial costs you and what you charge. The calculator gives you cost-per-unit, gross margin, what one no-show costs, and the break-even point on a membership — the four numbers that decide whether the day was worth opening for.
3
Day 2 — invite one client to the portal
Press Generate portal invite, copy the link, text it to one regular. They set a password and can message you from a browser instead of your personal cell. No app on either side. You send the link yourself — Radiance does not email it for you.
4
Day 3 — the first thing you don't write
A review lands. Paste it in; you get a reply that never confirms the person was a patient and never names a treatment, because doing either on a public page discloses their health information. You edit it and post it yourself on Google or Yelp.

Everything your front desk keeps in their head.

Each card says what the software does and where it stops. Where a thing isn't built, it says so — there is a full list further down.

Client List & Records

Your client list, visit notes and photos live in your browser on that device — we do not hold them on a server. Nothing to breach at our end, and no sync between your laptop and the front-desk iPad. Clearing site data clears the list, so keep your own copy.

Treatment Plans

Multi-visit plans with per-session tracking, so nobody has to remember whether she's on 3-of-6. Plans stay on your side: the portal has a screen for them, but nothing pushes your plan into it yet, so treat it as your record, not theirs.

Secure Client Portal

You generate an invite link and send it to a client yourself. They set a password and message you from a browser — no app, and no more treatment questions arriving on your personal cell at 9pm. Messages are stored and shown to whoever is logged in; neither side gets a push or an email when a new one lands, so it's a place to talk, not an alert system.

Pricing & Margin Calculators

Cost-per-unit, gross margin, what a no-show actually costs you, and the visit count where a membership stops losing money. The arithmetic every med spa does wrong on a napkin at 7pm.

Aftercare Library

Botox, filler and the rest come with a written pre-care and post-care list, timed by hours-before and days-after. Your portal clients can open it themselves; for everyone else it becomes a message with their name on it that you send. It never invents a new instruction for a treatment we don't have.

Review & Social Helpers

Paste a Google or Yelp review, get a reply that never confirms the person was a patient and never names what they had done — the two ways a friendly reply becomes a privacy disclosure. One idea also becomes Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile copy with no promised outcomes in it. Both are copy-paste: you post them. Radiance is not connected to Google, Yelp or Meta.

HIPAA-minded by design

Client-to-clinic message drafting runs on fixed templates, not a language model — deliberately. We do not hold the BAA chain you'd need to route a chart through an LLM, so we didn't. The review and social tools only ever see text you paste. Practice-management software — not an EMR, and not a substitute for your medical director.

How Radiance lines up against the big platforms.

Competitor pricing based on publicly listed plans (Capterra/G2, verified April 2026). Individual plans may vary — confirm with the vendor before you switch. Vagaro and Jane do things Radiance does not: booking, payments and calendars. If those are what you need, buy those.

The shape of an after-hours inquiry, played out.

A scripted walk-through, not a recording of a real clinic — nobody has run a client through this yet. Radiance does not answer phones, hold a calendar, or book anything; what it does is write the messages in the middle so they don't sit in your head until Sunday.

Simulated illustration of product behavior.

Pricing that scales with your clinic.

Solo aesthetician to multi-location — flat monthly pricing, no per-feature add-ons. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial that takes a card at signup and charges on day 15 unless you cancel. There is also a free plan that never takes a card. Monthly only — we don't sell an annual Radiance plan.

The things you're about to ask.

Answered here rather than after you've paid.

"$49 for something that just writes text?"

That's the honest description, yes. What you're buying back is the Sunday night where you write six messages you don't want to write. If your front desk already writes them fast and well, Radiance is not worth $49 to you and you should not buy it.

"Is my client data going into an AI?"

No. Client-to-clinic message drafting was deliberately moved off the language model onto fixed templates because we don't hold the BAA chain that would make routing a chart through one defensible. The review, social and journey tools only see text you paste, and there is no name, DOB or photo in that text.

"Will it replace Vagaro?"

No. There is no booking calendar, no card terminal and no payments in Radiance. Keep whatever runs your schedule. Radiance sits next to it and handles the writing and the margin math.

"What happens if I cancel on day 13?"

Nothing is charged. The card is taken at signup and the first charge lands on day 15. Paid plans are month-to-month after that, with no annual commitment — because no annual Radiance plan exists to sell you.

"Will you sign a BAA?"

Not today. If your practice files insurance claims or otherwise needs a signed BAA, Radiance is the wrong tool right now and we'd rather tell you here than on your compliance review. Email hello@bizbottech.com and we'll say where it stands.

"How many clinics are on this?"

Zero. Radiance has never had a paying customer, and there are no testimonials on this page because there is nobody to quote. You would be the first, which is worth knowing before you move your practice onto it.

Not built yet — do not buy Radiance for these
  • Booking or a calendar. No online booking, no scheduling, no deposits. The client portal's reschedule button is a tap-to-call to your clinic phone.
  • Automated SMS or email reminders. Nothing is sent on a schedule. Every message Radiance writes is sent by a human pressing send.
  • Posting to Google, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook or Google Business Profile. Radiance is not connected to any of them. It writes the copy; you paste it.
  • Pushing treatment plans or appointments into the client portal. The portal has screens for both, but nothing writes to them from the clinic side yet, so a client will see them empty.
  • CSV import or export. Getting your history in is Steve typing it in on the onboarding call. Getting it out is you copying it out.
  • Insurance billing, e-prescribing, claims, or an EMR. Radiance is none of these and is not trying to be.

Questions, answered.

Is Radiance HIPAA compliant?

"HIPAA-minded" is the honest word, and it is not the same as compliant or certified. Concretely: no client name, note, chart or photo is sent to any AI model — the message drafter runs on fixed templates for exactly that reason; your client list stays in your own browser rather than on our servers; portal traffic is TLS-encrypted and portal messages are stored encrypted at rest. What we do not have is a signed BAA, a HIPAA audit, or a certification. We are not a Covered Entity. Run this past your compliance advisor before you decide it fits.

Do you sign BAAs?

Not today. Radiance is positioned as HIPAA-minded software for cash-pay aesthetic practices that don't transmit PHI to insurers, so most med-spa workflows don't require a BAA from us. If your practice has an MD on staff filing insurance claims, or you handle PHI that requires a BAA, contact us at hello@bizbottech.com — BAA support is on our 2026 roadmap and we can scope your specific need.

Do clients need to download an app?

No — the portal is a mobile web link they open in a browser. To be clear about what's behind that link: clients can read their pre- and post-care instructions and message you. They cannot book, pay, or complete an intake form there, because Radiance has no booking or payment engine. You send them the invite link yourself; nothing emails it for you.

Can I migrate from Vagaro or Jane App?

Only by hand. Export your client records and treatment history as CSV, and on the onboarding call Steve re-types them into your account with you. There is no import button and no migration tool — if you have 800 clients, this is a real afternoon, and you should decide that's worth it before you sign up rather than after.

How do I handle no-shows?

Two ways, and neither is automatic. The no-show calculator turns "she flaked again" into a dollar figure you can put behind a deposit policy. Then the reminder and rebooking text is written for you with her name and her treatment in it, and you send it. Automated SMS/email reminders and deposit holds are not built — nothing goes out on a timer, so if nobody presses send, nothing is sent.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — month-to-month, no annual contract, and no annual plan exists to lock you into. One thing to plan for: there is no export button. Your client list, photos and notes are stored in your own browser, so they don't disappear when you cancel, but moving them somewhere else is a copy-and-paste job. Keep your own copy from day one.

What is Radiance definitely not going to do for me?

It will not book an appointment, take a payment, send an automated reminder, hold a deposit, post to Google or Instagram, or push anything into a client's portal from your side. It will not act as your EMR or file an insurance claim. And it has never been used by a paying clinic — there are zero customers, so nothing on this page is a result somebody got.

The review you haven't replied to is still sitting there.

So is the aftercare text and the rebooking note. Radiance writes them; you press send. 14-day trial, card at signup, first charge on day 15 — cancel before then and nothing is taken. Or start on the free plan with no card at all.
